Every beautiful space begins with a conversation. We start with a brief discovery call to discuss your vision and project goals. If we are a perfect match, we move into the design phases below.

Serving Bergen through Monmouth County | Virtual Consultations Available

Required for all new projects | $175 per room. This is the foundation of your design. I visit your home to define the design direction, take professional measurements, and photograph the space.

• The Deliverable: Within 3–5 business days, you will receive a custom Floor Plan and Proposed Layout with specific product dimensions.
• The Goal: To provide you with a professional roadmap so you know exactly what size pieces will fit your space perfectly.

Once your layout is perfected, we bring the room to life. This phase is for the client who wants a "done-for-you" aesthetic and access to exclusive trade discounts.

• Signature Mood Board: A curated visual story defining your color palette, textures, and style.
• 3D Visualization: See the actual products in your space before you commit to a purchase.
• Curated Product List: A comprehensive shopping list for furniture, rugs, lighting, and decor, including at least one alternate suggestion for each major item.
• In-Home Sample Viewing: I will bring a curated library of fabrics, rug swatches, and window treatment samples to your home for certain vendors. 
• Final Styling Session: Once your items arrive, I provide one final in-home visit to assist with the perfect placement and styling of your decor.

I believe in full transparency. Unlike traditional firms, I do not add markups to retail prices. Instead, I pass my professional discounts directly to you.

• Premier Trade Discounts: Enjoy up to 30% off regular-priced items at vendors such as Pottery Barn, West Elm, Crate & Barrel, BenchMade Modern and Wayfair.
• Expert Trade Management: 10% management fee, I handle the entire procurement process for Premier vendors (including those mentioned above) —from placing the order to tracking the delivery and resolution of any shipping/damage issues. For example, a 20% discount at Pottery Barn results in a net savings of 10% for you, along with the peace of mind that your order is being professionally managed. 
• The "High-Low" Mix: To maximize your budget, I often source accent pieces from high-volume retailers (like Amazon or Target). I provide direct shopping links for these items so you can order them at your convenience with no management fee.
• Additional Support: Any tasks involving additional time (change in layout after approval, full bookshelf styling, etc.) are billed at $75/hour, always discussed and approved in advance

• Receipt of Goods: The client is responsible for being present at the time of delivery to receive and inspect all items. I do not provide on-site receiving or furniture assembly.
• Damages: While I manage the logistics for trade orders, the vendors are responsible for the product condition. Please inspect items upon arrival and notify me of any damages within 24 hours with photos so I can initiate a claim.

Investment: $175 | In-Home or Virtual

Perfect for the homeowner who needs immediate professional eye to get a project moving. This 90-minute "deep dive" is designed to solve your most pressing design hurdles in a single session.

Common ways to use your Intensive:

• Color Confidence: Selecting the perfect paint palette or wallpaper for one or more rooms.
• Window treatments:  We'll pick out styles and colors together. I also have a small library of "best seller samples". The 90 min. covers up to 5 windows. 
• The Gallery Eye: Expert guidance on art placement, scale, and hanging heights.
• Furniture Refinement: Reconfiguring your existing pieces to improve flow and function.
• The Finishing Touch: Curating those final decorative accessories that make a room feel "finished."

The Result: You won’t just get advice—you’ll get action. I provide real-time product links and specific recommendations during our visit so you can start transforming your space that day.

Investment: $325 per room ($400 if window treatments are needed)

Kitchens and bathrooms are the most influential spaces in your home. Whether you are doing a full renovation or a "surface-level" refresh, this service provides the professional aesthetic vision needed to ensure your high-value investments (like tile and stone) look timeless and cohesive.

Perfect for:

• The Surface Refresh: Updating "high-impact" items like cabinet hardware, lighting, paint, and counter stools to transform the room without a sledgehammer.
• The Full Vision: Selecting a cohesive palette for a complete remodel, including flooring, tile, cabinetry colors, and plumbing fixtures.

What’s Included:

• In-Home Vision Session: A visit to your space to evaluate lighting, existing layouts, and your functional needs.
• Custom Design Board: A curated visual guide featuring selections for paint/wallpaper, flooring, tile, and lighting. For kitchens, this also includes suggestions for furniture (tables, chairs, stools) and decor.
• Curated Material & Product List: After we align on the design board, I provide a detailed list of product suggestions with direct links to bring the vision to life.
• Samples provided for window treatments
